YOGA

Yoga, a spiritual and ascetic discipline practiced for health and relaxation, is offered at St. Luke's.  This class has attracted a small but dedicated group from the community as well as St. Luke's.

In this class, you will learn and practice  breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. It is suitable for the beginner or the more seasoned practitioner.

We practice outside in the church yard amidst the birds and butterflies most of spring, summer and fall.  St. Luke's Parish Hall is used in inclement weather only when available, as well as other indoor and outdoor sites.

This class is taught by Yogi, Ram Phuyal.
